This was the kickoff meeting for our TBQ 2025 Quilt Show “Every Quilters’ Hometown”. Deb Johnson introduced the team leaders for each station. Guild members visited the stations plus the Merchandise Station to receive valuable quilt show information from the team leaders.

PIG – Project in a Grocery Bag – The following members brought two unfinished quilting projects to the meeting for guild members to vote on which one they should finish for our December meeting. A few were voted on to finish both projects.
Diane Franzese, Honor Flight Hub Leader, gave us a very informative and wonderful talk explaining the Honor Flight program in Arizona. This is the 15th year of the program and is a tribute to our World War II, Korean War and Vietnam War Veterans. They fly Arizona Veterans at no cost to them to their memorials in Washington D.C. They visit most of the major military memorials in Washington D.C. during their journey of thanks and remembrance.
