Cheri Heinecke shared the recipe for Bootlegger’s Spray Starch and showed examples of the results of using it to press your seams when piecing. Beautiful flat seams.
BOOTLEGGERS’ SPRAY STARCH
Mix 1 part any kind of vodka with 8 parts water. The cheap stuff works just fine, unless you plan on drinking the leftover. Place in spray bottle and shake to mix. Use distilled water if you normally use distilled water.
